Free ramen late night and during the day free popsicles and yougurt drinks. Don’t get the breakfast option here it is not good. We all got stomach food poisoning from it. "It is a historic accommodation being over 700 years, i expected the vintage kind of facilities. I came to Arima for the hot springs, this hotel has the greatest public and private baths. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast and dinner. I discovered they offer Tea ceremony between 9am to 10am to hotel guests while taking with a japanese return guest, wish the receptionist will inform me with this upon check-in so i wont miss out oj this opportunity. "We wish we stayed longer! From entering, everyone was so welcoming and helpful. We stayed 1 night but the room was one of our favourite parts of the entire trip. The rooms were comfortable, lots of space and the open air bath in the room was amazing. If we find our way back to Japan, we will definitely come back. We did not use the other baths in the facility due to us having tattoos but the room was enough. I’m sure they were just as great! "

"Amazing experience. It’s out of the way to get to, and there isn’t anything else really around, but that’s kind of the point….. you go for this hotel to just relax and dine at the hotel. The in room meal was amazing and the onsen was super clean and relaxing. Highly recommended."
