The staff were so friendly, kind and attentive. Thank you for your hospitality. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Such a contrast from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo and Osaka central. "This Ryokan does not do food of any kind. Inaccurate description on expedia. It is close to everything in the area.. Yukatas provided are quite small. Onsen is small but adequate. Bit wear and tear but expected for old building. Staff where polite and helpful. "
