"We booked a room just to take the kids swimming. They enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The room was not clean. The arms of the chair was sticky, the lamp switch was sticky, the inside of the bathroom door looks like it had poo smeared on the door. If properly cleaned, I would have liked my stay very much."

"This hotel is a little rough around the edges but our room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was very good and cooked right on the premises. Food was brought out hot and fresh. The staff were on their phones and not engaging but friendly when spoken with. The location is terrific. Maybe you save a few bucks staying here but I’d pay more for a hotel that is being maintained better. "

"Front desk "

"First, check in was easy but the two young ladies at the front were not in uniform so I couldn’t tell if they worked at the hotel. If they were not sitting behind the desk I would have not known. The TV barely catches any channels. I tried to call to the desk but the phone in my room did not work so twice I had to go downstairs to the desk just to deliver a message. The hallways were visibly dirty and trash on the floor. You could see the wear and tear on the hotel. The wallpaper had started peeling as well. What really got to me was what I found the next morning. I went into the bathroom to brush my teeth and there were three cockroaches crawling in the sink and counter. Gross!!!! Never Again!!!"

"I accidentally clicked a three for amenities... should have been a 5. Breakfast was fresh with a lot of options. The pool/spa area was kept clean and water was clean. The area around has penty of food/entertainment options. We stay in hotels a lot for cheer comps. This s is definitely one of my best finds at bare bones costs. Also, the staff was nothing but 10 stars! Attentive. No cellphone calls while your being ignored. The rooms were also very quiet. Believe me, 100 cheerleader have a lot energy!! I did'nt hear barely a thing."

"Great hotel. Didn’t like the fact that I was given a different room than I booked online. I was also next to very loud people the whole weekend which kind of made the stay less enjoyable. Also don’t understand why the spa is only available on Saturdays. "

"The elevator was broken and no house keeping Sunday. I wish they could have let guess know in advance, but the front desk person was nice "
