Even though some couldn’t speak English, they still made the effort to communicate and were very kind in engaging with my son. It made our stay feel even more personal and warm. I’ll be honest: on the first day, there was a bit of a moldy smell, especially noticeable in the bed. But by the second day, it was fine and no longer an issue.
