"The location is good. Walkable for most of the things you need in shanghai as shopping , bars , restaurants etc' .. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The quality of the breakfast can e better, and i was on the 19th floor and i felt like the rag is smelling and it cause the hallway to be not a fun walk towards the rooms, even the room itself need to change the rags. It was semlly but not so bad. In general this is the only 2 things, I stayed for 10 days in this hotel. "

"Perfect place to stay in the center of Shanghai. Amazing staff and service , arrived early 8 am our room was ready to move in at 10 , in the meantime they let us wait in the executive lounge at the 59th floor with some coffee .Room very spacious, lots of free bottle water (8) always refilled each day . Highly recommend would stay again "

"Love the location - about 7 mins walk away from People’s Square exit 14, and just beside Nanjing Shopping Street which is about 20 min walk to The Bund. Hotel is clean and well maintained throughout our 1 week stay. Will recommend to others!"
