"I love that the hotel was located in a prime location not far from the bund or yu garden. It sits on lines 10 and 14 so it makes it easy to access the rest of the city. I love that the staff was friendly very helpful. The hotel was very clean. The restaurant was nice. The views were pretty good as well. The layout of the room and bathroom was nice and very clean the decor throughout the hotel was beautiful and I love the small features such as the chandeliers.
