"Terrible construction noise first few nights, despite promises there would be no such noise at check-in. Staff did their best to have it stopped, but we basically lost a couple of nights sleep. Aircon in the room switched off at night despite the heat which also led to another sleepless night. A portable dehumidifier was brought to the room the next day which helped a bit. It's a shame about these annoying things because we generally do like this hotel. We stayed for 15 nights. Next time we're...

"The Staff were very helpful with excellent communication. Had a very nice meal in the restaurant and the shuttle bus was very well run."

"We booked 4 nights, but we need to cancel 3 nights after we checked in. We need to book another hotel for the other 3 nights. The elevator light bulb is not working, we cannot even see the floor number. Shower room edge are full of mild, shower curtains is yellow. My partner cannot use the sleeping machine for sleep. There are mosquitoes and bugs in the room, we both feel inch and have red dots on the foots. We...

"I was looking for a hotel that helped me reduce costs, and came across this gem. The quality of the service, and the vibes of the room are amazing considering how affordable my stay was. The main area is a perfect to chill and/or work at any time of the day. Loved running around the area and all the way through The Bund"

"Hotel was tidy, staff were helpful, breakfast was average. Very close to SNIEC, 5 min drive away. Will stay again"

"Staff are very helpful the laundry is a plus"

"受付スタッフはにこにこしてとても温かい対応だった。外観は古いがリノベされてる部屋の設備や装備品、清掃はきちんとしていた。日本人の感覚で快適に過ごせた。空港までのシャトルバスは便利だったし時間は正確だった。ホテルの立地も周りにコンビニや屋台、ばら撒き用のお土産お菓子を買える新しい店舗（好想来）もあり、乗り継ぎの為の短い滞在ながら最低限のローカル感を楽しめた。"

"This hotel is terrible, do not stay here."

"Close to subway. Many restaurants in walking distance. Clean room. The room start from 19 th floor, nice city view from the room."
