"Excellent hotel and great location"

"ممتاز جدا"

"This was my 2nd stay at Opartment, and it continues to exceed expectations. The space is always chic and feels just like coming home. Special thanks to Selina at the front desk for a fantastic check-in experience, and to the gentleman who helped carry our luggage all the way out during checkout. A huge compliment to the housekeeping staff as well… I left my pj on the bed, and the cleaning lady actually folded and buttoned them up for me! That level of care is rare!!! "Very good service and the staffs are very helpful in terms of luggage handling and calling cars."

"Location of hotel is excellent. It is just off Nanjing East Road. Metro train line is just a few minutes away and it is about 15-20 minutes from the hotel to the Bund. Airport transport to and fro the hotel is 250Yuan each way and the journey is around 40mins."

"Marvelous hotel, great location and service was outstanding. I had a great stay"

One downside was that we found a small cockroach in the bed and had to switch rooms. The staff acted quickly to sort it out and followed up with us to make sure everything...

"أسرّة مريحة , افضل منطقة , افضل منظر"

"المكان رائع والخدمه جيده "

"The staff are pleasant and helpful. I like the quietness and fewer rooms in each floor. The room is smaller, beds are ok only, and the breakfast is average compared to other 5 stars hotels."

"在南京路步行街旁边，非常方便。"

"Room service foods wasn't good. Ordered club sandwiches include salad and fries. Fry was cold salad was warm and bit smelly. Other than that service was good."

"ビルの入り口が常に混雑している。 フロントが狭い、グループ利用が多い。 部屋は広く、バスルームも広い。 シャワーブーストバスタブのつながりは良いが洗面台が狭い。 逆に冷蔵庫上は空きスペースで少し寂しい。 景色はよかったので、まぁ良かった。"
