It felt like we had front-row seats to the beauty of Shanghai. The staff were exceptional: super professional, friendly, and genuinely kind. Even though some couldn’t speak English, they still made the effort to communicate and were very kind in engaging with my son. It made our stay feel even more personal and warm. I’ll be honest: on the first day, there was a bit of a moldy smell, especially noticeable in the bed. But by the second day, it was fine and no longer an issue. It didn’t overshadow the overall experience, which was still outstanding. If you’re looking for luxury, top-notch service, and an unforgettable view, this is the place to stay in Shanghai."

There are many coffee shops, local food stores nearby. The room is quiet and spacious, and well maintained. The staff were very nice and helpful. Overall a great stay. "
