"The air conditioner was broken and it was so hot in my room that I couldn't sleep. I called the front desk but they told me I had to wait for the next day. The most ridiculous part was the remote control screen was broken so you can't even tell what's the temperature setting. I asked to change to a different room, but they told me all the remote control was broken like this. :( "
