"Hotel was clean and cozy, and the restaurant downstairs was phenomenal! The stay came with breakfast included and it was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had!"
"Definitely recommend staying here. It did not feel like a hostel, more like a boutique hotel. The beds were comfy, friendly staff and a very nice terrace to hang out. "
"Beautifully maintained property in a traditional building near the Historic Center of Quito. Beautiful woodwork with modern and traditional art in the rooms and hallways. Plumbing, bedding and wifi are all modern and completely functional. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast are delicious. "
"The hosts are so sweet. Breakfast is very good they will cook eggs and bacon fresh for you. The rooms are very clean with fresh flowers a lovely touch. There is a small bar where you can have nightcap. The area around has lots of restaurants and bars. The square seems a little sketchy but we had no problems and felt very safe. We would recommend a stay at this hotel."
"The property feels safer than any I’ve been it.
The interior design is upbeat and unlike your average hotel. Great bedding, great tree top view allowed us to be entertained by mourning doves and hummingbirds. The breakfast was average for this area: eggs, fruit, fruit juice with or without sugar. In house roasted coffee. The manager and staff were efficient and friendly. We particularly liked Fernanda, the woman who served us breakfast on day one off three."

"The staff at the concierge desk were extremely helpful and attentive. The front desk staff did their job well. Friendly and knowledgeable. The room was a typical hotel room with a comfortable bed."
"This hotel far exceeded our expectations. The room was huge and spacious, and had amenities like the large jacuzzi tub. It is safe and quiet. We go to Quito a lot, and we usually stay at a different hotel. Because of scheduling, we ended up trying this hotel instead. Hotel Reina Isabel is our new go to hotel."
"Mi experiencia fue muy grata! Ls atención siempre fue super personalizada. Me gustó mucho el servicio de taxis, los desayunos y la habitación en general "
"From the moment I booked my stay at this property, I was already in constant communication with Freddy at the front desk for whatever questions I may have. Freddy set up my hotel pick both ways. It was easy and comfortable. Javier was also punctual as much as he can. I took the tram to the mountains to see the views of Quito then spent 4 hrs at the Middle of the World park. On my last day, Javier and I walked around Old Town & visited the Basilicas. Such a beautiful & clean city! Villa De Sant is perfectly located a few steps from the Artisanal market as well. Breakfast was free & great. At one point for my Cotopaxi trip, Diego (night shift) cooked me breakfast since I had to leave early for the tour. Hotel has a more personable family vibe. Very relaxing & comfortable. I didn’t feel unsafe even walking around the neighborhood. Lobby has lots of character depicting Ecuador on the paintings. Highly recommend this place when in Quito! "
