Lots of restaurants within walking distance as well as the Megamaxi supermarket, Carolina park and cinema. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and Carmen was an absolute sweetheart. "Hosteria Papagayo was a lovely place for us to rest and relax after hiking Quilatoa and Cotopaxi. We enjoyed exploring the farm - free ranging chickens, ducks, cow etc - with our 2 year old son. The room was nicely furnished and the breakfast was good. Wifi was good and water pressure/temperature was good. The hotel staff also kindly accommodated our food requests. Some negatives: There was not much else to do on the property or in the surrounding area. It was expensive to get transportation...
