Lots of restaurants within walking distance as well as the Megamaxi supermarket, Carolina park and cinema. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and Carmen was an absolute sweetheart. "The hotel is unique and has lots of useful and quaint sitting areas to spend some time relating or chatting. The hotel restaurant is good with an open setting. It serves a variety of items in a buffet breakfast. Rooms are not fancy but comfortable. It's a bit of a hike to the old town but close to the Mariscal district with a range of restaurants and shops and a nearby supermarket."

"We stayed 2 nights before our Galapagos cruise and 1night after that. At the first stay, we received a special service and staff were. Very helpful and nice. The rooms were good and the breakfast was wonderful. But we were not so happy that the trash bin in the bathroom doesn’t have a lid… (we must trash toilet paper into the bin, not flush the paper into the toilet) and also there are no towel hangers for shower.. So hope it can be improved in the future! Thank you for your hospitality!"
