A lot of thunderstorms when I was there, so it was nice having a comfortable, relaxed hotel to wait out the rains. "They were not ready for our arrival. The hotel was locked behind bars when we came. They let us wait for additional 30 min to explain that we prepaid for the room. They still wanted us to pay. No water for drinking. The bathroom was clogged."
