The turn-down service each evening was a thoughtful and appreciated touch, adding a layer of comfort to an already luxurious stay. The location is outstanding, nestled in Quito’s financial district and within easy walking distance of amazing restaurants, shopping, and the city’s main park. I spent several evenings exploring the surrounding neighborhoods and always felt safe and welcomed by the local community. The hotel itself is beautifully designed—elegant, modern, and clearly crafted with attention to detail. The suites are spacious and comfortable, and the blend of sustainability and luxury creates a unique, high-end experience. While I was here for work, I appreciated the co-working spaces, and I can see how this would also be a perfect hotel for leisure travelers. "All the staff were exceptional. Breakfast was limited but okay. I requested a room with a view, but didn’t realize it was 6 floors up—with no elevator! Do I asked for a lower-level room and got one on the third floor. The next night I moved to a lower floor, however, it was very noisy. Good thing I had my ear plugs. The location is fantastic!"
