"Our room at The Portobello Hotel was huge and richly decorated...we loved spending time in it ,which is unusual for hotel rooms. Breakfast was delightful. Staff was very accommodating including keeping our bag as we went off to Egypt. Hotel is walking distance to Portobello market and lots of great restaurants and Holland Park!"

Had a free upgrade to a refurbished room which was comfortable and clean. Only issue is the shower head was faulty and sprayed water from the connector. "

"The hotel was a nice place. The only complaint we had was we didn’t have a shower curtain and the bathroom was soaked after each shower. We talked to the front desk and he said he would take care of it but we didn’t see a change while we were there."
