"Like sleeping in an ashtray. The room had clearly been smoked on and used by a smoker. I awoke with a sore throat each morning and could smell stale smoke constantly during my stay. I was telephoned had told to check in at another premises. Not too far away however I had a heavy bag and had already travelled a few hours. The advert shows a large breakfast offering. "I had an excellent stay. The location is perfect, close to Sheppards Bush tube station. The neighborhood has a few main attractions (Hyde park, Kensington gardens and palace, Holland park, Design museum) and and a superb selection of restaurants and shops. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide selection and the staff was welcoming and very helpful. I cannot say enough good things about the wonderful option this hotel is. "
