"I had an excellent stay. The location is perfect, close to Sheppards Bush tube station. The neighborhood has a few main attractions (Hyde park, Kensington gardens and palace, Holland park, Design museum) and and a superb selection of restaurants and shops. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide selection and the staff was welcoming and very helpful. I cannot say enough good things about the wonderful option this hotel is. "

"The property was extremely close to public transport. Staff was super friendly and bent over backwards to help with any questions or concerns. The room w/ kitchenet was great. Water pressure was perfect. My mattress was hard and wifi was weak. It worked well on my Chromebook, but was terrible on the phone. The front stairs need railings. Slippery when it rains."

"Run down, dirty and uncomfortable. I had booked a week but could not stomach more than one night. I wanted to leave as soon as I saw the room but we’re too tired after traveling over 10 hours. The front desk agent was good and apologetic and offered to see another room but given the conditions of the room I stayed in, I doubt another would’ve been any better. The curtains were broken with a film of dust over them, I was afraid to walk barefoot from the shower to the bed. I’m not too picky but it...

"The rooms were small but clean, well priced and modern. The reception was excellent and allowed us to store our luggage and even accepted a delayed bag after we checked out. The Holland Park area is a great location. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. "

"Quaint and charming don’t quite fully describe this little gem of a hotel. Authentically homey, well appointed, and perfectly located. Nicest staff, great breakfast and a lovely living room. Our room was spacious for any city - felt luxuriously ample for London/Europe. It was a bit loud - we could hear upstairs neighbors walking around - nothing a sound app couldn’t muffle. "
