"The staff here are amazing, so friendly and helpful we’ve stayed here before and weren’t disappointed with most aspects of our stay. Our only disappointment was the ‘bathroom’ in our room. It was too small and therefore very uncomfortable. Previously, we have always had a really nice, comfortable bathroom in our room so this was a big disappointment. Other than that, everything else was very good."

Nice, quiet, upscale neighborhood yet convenient to tourist places-shopping, dining, transportation (Big Bus tour buses), Kensington Gardens, etc.Walkable distance to Paddington station & shops! Healthy breakfast menu is a plus!"
