"Love this place. It’s faded grandeur but what a fantastic hotel, I’ve stayed loads of times. Could stay at any chain hotel but where’s the fun when you open the room door and you know what to inside? You don’t at the Adelphi, ok it get the stag/ hen party’s at weekend but the place is so big you hardly get disturbed.the Bars are good too.if I hadn’t accidentally stayed years ago I wouldn’t probably be a regular reading some of the reviews but I did and I love it "

"For a very basic hotel, it was clean well maintained, friendly, spacious, quiet and exceptional value for money. £43 for a double room in the centre of Southport. How on earth could you say anything bad. What a great stay."
