"We upgraded to a bigger room. Very comfy bed and great shower. The only thing I would have liked to have was a coffee pot and a place for breakfast in the hotel. Their restaurant was not opened during our visit. Staff was amazing helping us navigate around the town. Great location."

"Superb, central location for Leicester Square, theatre land and Soho. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and the bed was really comfy. Despite the location, there was no traffic noise at all in the room, which made for a good night's sleep. We were celebrating a friend's birthday and the staff made sure our stay was memorable for all the right reasons, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. We will definitely return when next in London."

"It was not too bad. I felt like the reception area needs to have a facelift and breakfast selection could have been better. Plus missing night stands by the beds. But overall it was good. Very nice comfortable bed and the location was great. I would consider staying there again."
