"This is the perfect hotel to stay pre-or post cruise when you are in Vancouver. The area is wonderful with many great restaurants.The views are wonderful with the float planes and the ferries and the ships. The staff at the hotel are excellent. The rooms are beautiful. "

"A beautiful property in downtown Vancouver, elegantly designed and comfortable rooms. The bed was extremely comfortable, shower was nice and large and hot water was instant. Would happily stay here anytime"

"Room was nasty food crumbs in drawers alone the edge of the carpets in the room way a thick layer of dirt and dust bunnies the need to buy an edging tool for their vacuum. There way sticky residue on the desk and what looked like dried boogers on the handle for the shower wand. It is renovated but it looks like the renovation was done like a slum lord. Just paint right over the damage and debris. There was black mold on the windows. And every day the cleaner piled everyone’s garbage next to our room door while they were cleaning rooms so a disgusting rotting garbage door filled our room every time we opened the door. This isn’t the worst hotel we have stayed at as the location is good but it was gross!!"

"Great hotel in a great location. Within walking distance of the shops on Robson Street and Gastown if you enjoy longer walks. Enjoyed watching the cruise ships depart from Canada Place. Staff were very friendly and service was excellent in the breakfast room."

"My shared bathroom was leaking from the roof at night. They fix it, but it interrupted my sleep. I will not book this hotel in the future."
