"Great welcome from staff. Stayed in a Cocoon room. Room was super clean. I stayed on 4th floor and it was quiet. Double bed - very comfy. Shower room area was ace. No tele/kettle/hairdryer/iron but I knew that before booking. Also, you can hire an iron or hairdryer. And apparently there is a beauty room with hairdryer and an ironing room. I didn't have time to go and find them. Room was basic but groovy!! Fantastic location, steps away from Piccadilly Circus tube station. I would definitely stay again. "
