"The apartment was sparsely furnished but clean. There were three key issues. First, the sheets were dirty. They were covered in dog hair. And there was a large stain. The source of the dog hair was the blanket that served as a bedspread. I was directed to a linen closet where I found more sheets, which were clean, but no blanket.
