Central location, easy to find, coffee shop near by. Comfortable bed and temperature. Carpets stained in some places and shower not clean looking. Certain features need replacement or maintenance, like the elevators and drapes. Breakfast area needs to be cleaned multiple times from 6-9 am people can be messy.

The ice machines were only found on a couple floors (4th and 8th) when there were 9 floors. Also, our room door wouldn't open/shut on its own, we had to force it open/shut. The hotel looked like it was needing a remodel or renewal. Our room seemed to have high humidity for being inside. Lastly, breakfast was not managed well; there were messes everywhere, no tables cleaned off, nothing was getting restocked unless it was brought up. What I loved about the suite we stayed in was the feeling of an actual place to live. We had two spaces, the living space and the bedroom space. They were separated by double doors, so the bedroom was more private. There were several chairs to sit in and a couch to lounge on. There were 2 TVs so we could watch different shows and two bathrooms. Our room also came with a fridge that could refreeze my ice packs (I'm a diabetic and had to have my insulin along.)

Older hotel with helpful staff. Could use many upgrades and improvements. The Indian restaurant and lounge attached is very nice with excellent service and food. The lounge offers lots of space for gathering, has a pool table and slot machines.

Only problem I had which I didn't tell the staff because it wasn't that big of a deal was that in my sweet one of the TVs did not work which was fine everything else the staff when I asked help about the hot tub which was very nice size compared to other places that claim that have a hot tub which really is just a tub enough for one person this time gave me room.

The carpet in our room seemed stained but hard to tell on a dark-colored carpet. The walls were banged up and patched. The outlet in the bathroom kept shorting out. I had to push the reset button several times. The elevators were dirty. But the bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good.

Checking with very smooth. Lady at the front desk was very kind. The room was pretty clean there were some holes in the sheets. And there was one group of I don't know Nigerians that were loud as hell until 5:00 in the morning hunting their horns. This is why we need immigration control. Rude, load people that are not considerate.

Friendly staff well kempt hotel nice bar & restaurant good food reasonable priced had the jacuzzi sweet for a romantic get away room was huge jacuzzi was really nice and clean and fairly reasonable in price for our 3 day stay hotels was quiet and had a great atmosphere recommend this place to anyone over all excellent experience! Will stay here again any time i come to omaha <3

Acommations -they met our needs with a smile every time.Was in a few different rooms ( we stayed for a longer period of time) which every room smell fresh & clean.Comforty beds.Little business area -computer was fast a& efficient.I believe there was a printer as well.The owner,staff has really come together to give us customer a safe,pleasant stay which I will be coming back....Laundry has been address as problems with operating efficiency -I believe Comfort Inn & Suites management is working on it so we as guest have good operated washer & dryer.
