"Let’s start from the beginning. When checking in we had to do THREE room changes. First had room 343 and it had a strong smell of dog/cat pee, told the front desk & was given room 301. As soon as we opened the door we were hit with this intoxicating smell of urine and chemicals that made our nose burn and almost throw up just from opening the door. Went back to the front desk and got room 432. The whole 4th floor smelled like urine & smoke. Got to our room & the floor was stained with unknown substances (possible blood stain), the tub was filthy covered in hair, & had to go back to the front desk because the remote didn’t have batteries. Bathroom ceiling was broken & creaking the entire night, also heard squeaking & footsteps (scary because it’s only 4 floors). Then early in the morning we were scared out of our sleep by frantic knocking like there’s an emergency. We were half dressed, and hear a yell saying “OPEN THE DOOR, it’s the manager” we’re half sleep & told her one moment so we can put on clothes and she said “you don’t need to be fully dressed, I just need you to open the door”. Which was very violating and disturbing. We’re very confused at this point, she then said “you have 20mins to leave the hotel for smoking in the room”. Firstly I have asthma, I can’t even be around smoke. Secondly how could she possibly accuse us being that the whole floor wreaked of smoke? It felt very discriminatory. A case has been filed and will be taking corrective actions. Never again!!"

"It is off a major steer in the area, so some noise is to be expected. That being said, the staff was very friendly, the room was nice, and they had just installed a new shower that was unexpected and a real treat. Ask for Tajus, he was excellent at his job. "

"My dad, sister, and I stayed one night at the Courtyard and we had a great time! I had called prior to our visit to ask if they did anything for birthdays and upon arrival, they gave my sister a bag of goodies along with a hand-written card! She was so surprised and flattered (especially since she happened to like the treats they chose). The staff was very friendly also! I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for a hotel. (Great prices, too)!"
