"The bathroom grout in the handicapped room was disgusting, so much so that I refused to use the shower. It was very noisy as well since it’s right off the lobby. That being said, the people were nice and access to the highway was very convenient."

"Beautiful building. TV’s aren’t smart TV’s and no option for movie rentals. No fan’s in bathrooms & no usb ports for charging devices. Beds are very comfortable. "

"Acommations -they met our needs with a smile every time.Was in a few different rooms ( we stayed for a longer period of time) which every room smell fresh & clean.Comforty beds.Little business area -computer was fast a& efficient.I believe there was a printer as well.The owner,staff has really come together to give us customer a safe,pleasant stay which I will be coming back....Laundry has been address as problems with operating efficiency -I believe Comfort Inn & Suites management is working on it so we as guest have good operated washer & dryer."

"The room was absolutely filthy. Every surface was covered in unidentifiable substances, hair and crumb tumbleweeds in every corner. Splatters of liquids and (lets just call them "greasy") handprints everywhere. A solid "yuck"."

"Did not use the business facilities but room was spacious and clean. Bathroom door did not close properly as it was falling off track. Desk in room had broken leg so it sat unlevel but functional."

"This is my 5th stay at this location over the last 5 months and I was surprised with the disinterest staff had in my problems and the lack of resolution to any problems I had. I was there for 6 days without having room service stop by to empty trash, refill toilet paper, fresh towels. I was there with my family which includes 2 teenage girls so the trash filled quick and the towels needed a refresh. After the first day of no service, I assumed something happened because it wasn't normal. After the second day I had to get more toilet paper (1 roll) and asked for the room to be cleaned the following day. When that didnt happen I had to ask a second time for toilet paper (because they didnt clean it) and asked again for the room to be cleaned the next day because trash was starting to collect. When it didnt happen the second time, I had to get fresh towels and was assured again that room service would come. On the last night of my stay, after trying 3 times to get the room cleaned, I was told the general manager would be available for me to speak to the following moring. Handed me his business card. So the following morning when I stopped by the front desk, I was told he wasn't in yet. When I stopped by the front desk to check out a few hours later I was told he wouldn't be coming in. The whole experience I was met with a lack of concern from all front desk staff. This experience has me questioning my future stays with DoubleTree."
