"Overall underwhelming stay. Tried to call front desk multiple for a question and then again for another guest yelling in the hallway at 3am, but couldn't reach anyone. Breakfast- cold biscuits & gravy, only 1 waffle iron, and no drink options except water or coffee. Not even lids for the coffee to bring back to your room without spilling. Shower had a fancy shower head, but didn't function well & drain couldn't keep up with the amount of water coming out. Bathroom vent also couldn't keep up with the shower leaving the room very wet & humid for our 1 night stay."

"Hotel was older and didn't appear to have an elevator but was well maintained and clean. Room was nice and comfortable and included refrigerator and small microwave. TV was very small. Breakfast was adequate, although if having biscuits and gravy it seems like you could warm the biscuits rather than putting them out right out of refrigerator and very cold. Staff was helpful but had to wait awhile at night for the desk attendant to return from whatever they were doing to check in. Responsive once they were there. Reasonable room for a reasonable price."

"There was no hot water. Room was never cleaned. Never got clean towels. Wa told to take my towels to front desk in order to get clean ones. No bedding or pillows for pull out sofa. Wa told they're were no pillows. Had to go elsewhere to take showers and bathe my kids. Alfredo was very unprofessional and lied to me time and time again. Horrible staff, horrible service. After complaining and not being addressed, had to go to another hotel. Asked for a refund, called Expedia. Expedia couldn't get anyone to take their call. Was place on hold and left there. I asked for management number and Alfredo didn't want to give it to me. I asked 4 times and was asked to call Hotel. I now know why, to blow you off. Put you on hold and leave you there until you get tired of holding. I will never rent at this hotel ever again. Very disappointing."

"Staff was great, bed was comfortable. Jacuzzi tub was not big enough for 2 people but was fine for one person."
