"We were excited to spend time with family that lives in Omaha; however, upon arriving in the home, there were a number of issues noted right away. Molding coffee grounds in the coffee maker, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, debris hanging from a bathroom vent with something dripping down the wall, food drippings frozen in the freezer, and debris built up in the light fixtures. Pictures of these issues are attached. We spent the first hour or longer just cleaning before unpacking. Not sure why...

"The Lakehouse was a great place for our family to gather. It had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. It's beautiful inside and out with all the amenities you could possibly ask for. Jackie is a great host. She took time to meet us there upon arrival and gave us a quick tour of the house. We hope to stay here again. "

"I debated writing this review but after staying in 3 other rentals during our trip, this was the only disappointing booking we had. We arrived & the overhead garage door was left up, with the door connecting into the house unlocked. Check in instructions stated there would be a lock box near the door with a house key, so immediatly I messaged the host asking if I should be concerned. Upon entering the home it was very noticeable that none of the floors had be cleaned. After getting a response...
