Not good service at front desk. Called me at 11pm to talk about a $6 charge and said I had to come down now to front desk, even though I had given my charge card when I checked in , a nd was told they would keep a $50 open charge for any incidentals. Also got a call at 10:45 pm from front desk that was a mistake. When I called for room service I was told there is no room service today. I went down to front desk and asked why, and was told, of course we have room service today. So I think that was front desk manager and she got me room service. I would not stay there again. Very disappointed in a Hilton property. Absolutely no amenities in room, not even a clock, but there was soap and shampoo.

Blizzard evening

The hotel at check-in was delayed due to no internet for the past several hours, could not confirm my reservation even though I had my confirmation paperwork. Cold air blowing out of vents, but front desk sent someone to look at the trouble over and hour before they responded.
