"Every staff member was wonderful to work with. The hotel is beautiful and there are so many restaurants within 5-10 minute walk. There are multiple parks with children playgrounds within 10-15 minute walk. The train station is about a 10-15 minute walk, then two stops to the Gastown area. (I highly recommend tequila taco to eat, close to the hotel!) The hotel rooms were clean and lovely. The onsite breakfast restaurant is absolutely fabulous. The food is wonderful. The rooftop bar is beautiful, though food options are limited. This was a wonderful stay and I would stay there again in a heartbeat."
