"Excellent "

"Nice boutique hotel, short walk to the centre of Fira with its shops and restaurants. We stayed in premium room (with a hot tub on the balcony) which was an average size. While the balcony had a sea view, it was a fair distance away and south facing, so you wouldn’t be able to sit there watching the sunset. Could do with more storage space but had a fridge which was useful. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The lady who looked after the breakfast room was fantastic and really looked after us, nothing was too much trouble. The outside pool was much smaller than the pictures suggest and very close to the ground floor rooms. Overall, nothing to really complain about and would definitely stay there again."

"The room was stunning with a beautiful private balcony view and the pool was brilliant and well maintained to the highest standard.The breakfast provided was nice with plenty of options for everyone. But what absolutely took the hotel to the next level was the staff who couldn’t do enough for us,in particular Faye she was a delight helping with all the amazing food and drink recommendations and just overall being friendly and helpful "

"The staff was AMAZING here. So kind and so helpful! She made us reservations at a recommended restaurant that was our favorite part of our trip to Santorini! Also made reservations for our transportation to the airport for us and opened breakfast a little early for my family who had to leave for the airport. Would absolutely stay here again! Loved it!!"

"Beautiful hotel with private balcony. Immaculate service. Clean and convenient (porters help with carrying bags up and down many flights of stairs. Lovely caldera and sunset views from our balcony. Nice looking pool! Free bottle of wine to start and to go bag at check out! Highly recommended for this Fira hotel. Nice hustle bustle area, but convenient so you can go back to your room to relax. Housekeeping service good, too!"

"The hotel staff was excellent. The rooms and common areas were very clean. The included breakfast was outstanding. The area will leave you speechless. Word of caution, you will be climbing many stairs to explore the area but you won't be disappointed. Make sure you watch the sunset, it's something you will never forget "
