"It was a great property with an amazing view. The staff was also helpful. Though there was a lot of climb for getting to the property and inside the property. But that has to be expected for caldera views. We would stay again despite that inconvenience"

"Overall the hotel was fantastic. Extremely helpful staff. Beautiful hotel. Great club sandwich and cocktails at the pool bar. The only negative point was the bedding was not changed during the 1 week stay. It would also have also been nice to have more variety at the breakfast buffet."

"One of the friendliest staff I have encountered in all my hotels in Greece. Very helpful and when I missed my bus to the port, they offered their hotel ride for 25 euros when a regular taxi would cost 35-40 euros. Very friendly and warm driver. 10/10!"

"Would absolutely stay again! Our villa was beautiful & spacious with a hottub on the balcony for use (our favourite part). Small number of villas so it feels very private and serene. Clean pool to use as well, if you wish. The staff is incredible! So friendly and very helpful with any questions you may have. Breakfast included was delicious and always on time. Location is perfect! You cannot get more downtown in Fira. What a great stay!"

"We loved this hotel and it was in an awesome location. Breakfast was excellent and fresh everyday. It’s a beautiful mansion that has been converted into a hotel. Great air conditioning ( for our North American standards) Very friendly staff. Konstantina ( at reception) was so helpful and friendly. She provided excellent recommendations and service."

"Beautiful property with great view and central location. Bar and reception staff were incredible. Pool was freezing and therefore was, for most of my visit, unused by majority of guests- it would be good for the hotel to invest in a heater. Sun beds were comfortable - it would be nicer if you offered service (instead of having to go to bar for a drink and food). Air conditioning unit was placed on the wall over my bed and literally kept me awake most nights (sounded as if there was a hurricane outside)."
