"What an amazing stay! Beautiful property, modern and clean. The staff were so attentive and helpful, especially Elena, Yanis and Sophia at the front desk, they gave great recommendations particularly during the windy days. All the staff from breakfast, spa and bar/restaurant were so great. During a particularly windy day we used the spa and it was spectacular! Thoroughly recommend the infra red sauna! The location is perfect with easy access to centre. Walkable to bus station. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Our suite had a nice outdoor hot-tub and a great view of the caldera. The property was in a great location, with plenty of dining and shopping options right outside the hotel. It was clean and well kept. The complimentary champagne and breakfast options were also enjoyable. Customer service was excellent. They organized transportation to and from the airport and since the hotel isnt directly accessible by car, they assisted with bringing our bags to...

And the hotel’s staff was exceptional, keeping the rooms and balconies spotless as well as helping out with any assistance we needed, from room service to restaurant recommendations and taxi service. John and Vanessa at the front desk were awesome!"

"Lovely suite, beautiful pool. Check in reception was great, friendly helpful. Ruins were a good size and beds comfortable. Was not impressed with breakfast buffet. Offerings were ok, however many times everything empty. Had to ask for food to be put out and only 40 min into breakfast.. One morning the milk was curdling the coffee and they refused to replace staying milk was fine. Didn't have coffee or tea that morning"
