"We booked the deluxe apartment and it exceeded expectations in every way. The balcony is huge and offers unobstructed, unparalleled views of the caldera. We didn't feel the need to go anywhere else for sunset and enjoyed it from the hot tub/privacy of our balcony. Breakfast is served here and feels amazing to look at the views and start the day. "What an amazing stay! Beautiful property, modern and clean. The staff were so attentive and helpful, especially Elena, Yanis and Sophia at the front desk, they gave great recommendations particularly during the windy days. All the staff from breakfast, spa and bar/restaurant were so great. During a particularly windy day we used the spa and it was spectacular! Thoroughly recommend the infra red sauna! The location is perfect with easy access to centre. Walkable to bus station. "

The breakfast area was beautiful and you get the choice to take your breakfast outside which we did a couple of times. Rooms are standard and in keeping with the rest of the hotel complex. "Hotel is right in the heart of Fira. Bus to airport & other parts of town is a short walk. Shops & restaurants are all surrounding the hotel. The views from the patio at our room were amazing. And sitting outside overlooking the caldera to have breakfast was a highlight of the hotel…breathtaking views! Only negative is that the WiFi did not work in the room, we had to go to the reception area for it to work. "
