"Never met nicer staff! So helpful and friendly. Room was lovely, clean and specious, had a room with pool which was very quiet. Communal pool area was lovely always got a seat. Drinks reasonably priced and food delicious - especially Greek dips and club sandwhich. Breakfast also delicious, good range of food and all nice. I loved everything about this hotel, if I had to say a negative it would be pool wasn’t heated. If you struggle with mobility there is a 10 min walk up the hill might not...

"Opera Mansion is by far the best place we've ever stayed. The views were wonderful. Our hostess Valentini and her staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. Fira is a busy place, but Opera Mansion was a quiet respite. We stayed in most of our visit without wanting to venture into the crowds. Spend the extra for the private chefs dinner in the wine cellar. I cant imagine you could find a better place than this one. "

"You can’t beat this location for the price. A short walk away to the main area of Fira. Would definitely recommend a stay here. Also Spressa was such a warm face to check in to and see at the front desk. "

"Excellent location!! Walking distance to tons of shops and restaurants!! We got a beautiful corner room with amazing views of the city and harbor. Sam at the reception was very helpful! He helped us book a city tour. Everything turned out PERFECT! We were very pleased with his recommendation. Breakfast was GREAT!"

"The staff here were amazing. Everyone was so friendly really making sure they we had everything we need, from the restaurant crew to the front desk team to the drivers. 5 star service. Only downside was there are so many stairs to get up and down. If you are not in great shape or have someone older this should be a factor as it did have a negative impact. "
