"I was really worried before check in based off some of the reviews, but our hotel was clean—yes it’s smaller but that’s NY for you. Most of the staff was really friendly. There was a charge when we checked in that I was confused about but hoping to get that money returned . There is a slight smell when turning on the heat/ air but other than that, it’s totally fine! In the middle of the financial district and close to Wall Street. Would stay again!! And they keep your bags even after checkout incase you have extra time before a flight! "

"This was our first trip to the financial district. We met friends of ours for an incredible night in the city. We originally had blocked midtown but decided we were hoping to be able to do ferry and 9/11 memorial so I switched hotels. Unfortunately we had terrible weather and weren’t able to do the outside activities, however, we are gonna come back in May and the for us are gonna stay here again. I will never stay anywhere but here for any future trips to New York City. If I could get more than five stars, I would every staff member from the Concierge to maintenance was incredible with their acknowledgment and knowledge of where to go and what to do. "

"We LOVED our stay at FIDI NYC! The front desk workers were all professional, nice and very helpful! The hotel rooms and all areas were very clean! The hotel provided a warm, elegant atmosphere (during happy hour) to meet and connect with other guests while enjoying cheese, crackers and wine; (or you could just enjoy that time with your family &/friends)! That area also have a nice balcony view too! Lastly, every staff member was awesome, and we felt safe and secure during our stay! We look forward in staying here again! "
