"It was very nice even though the surrounding areas seemed a little questionable. Everyone was friendly and helpful, finding parking wasn’t too bad. I love that they had a restaurant on site and the food was actually good! Bed was nice and comfortable, room was clean, and bathroom was clean. Only thing that kind of sucked was our window faced the street and we could hear everything. Would stay here again!"

"Very good"

"Guest relations went above and beyond, the room was set up very nicely, and the floor with the hot tub, spa, pool, gym (all with astounding cityscape views) was absolutely impeccable."

"Our room was very spacious with a great view. Staff were amazing and nice. The valet is a great option if you're worried about parking your car in Downtown Portland. The breakfast is good too."

"The accommodations exceeded my expectations, complemented by an exceptionally warm and professional staff who promptly resolved any concerns. I look forward to returning in the future. The location offers convenient access to various shops and cafes, and the valet service was exemplary. Furthermore, the newly opened restaurant and lounge area, featuring an inviting aesthetic with wood accents and a fireplace, provided an excellent experience."

"The room was clean and the staff was friendly, but we did not have breakfast there. The elevator to the garage was hectic. We stayed for six days, and since the elevator was broken the entire time and no one came to fix it, we had to ask the receptionist to open the staff door to the garage every time."
