"The owner was very helpful, and met us at the property, even though we were early. He responded well when we messaged him. The room was nothing fancy, but good value for the money. The main issue we had was location. It was right across the street from a bar, and since our room was right beside the street, it was a bit noisy outside and in as well, till things calmed down."

It is also located in a nice neighborhood, with several good restaurants and coffee shops close-by, and a reasonable walk (about a mile) to the Royal Mile."

The rooms were clean and comfortable, however the road outside was a little noisy at night. Otherwise, a great stay for the price compared to everywhere else.
