"This was a great townhouse that worked well for our family of four (mom and three “kids” 16, 19, 22). Spacious with a well-equipped kitchen, three comfortable bedrooms, cute decor. We did have some issues with scalding shower water in the master bath and the clothes dryer not actually drying effectively, but the agency was very responsive so I expect those would be addressed for the next renters (I told them at departure). "We really enjoyed our stay in this excellent Marchmont flat. It's very well equipped and has everything you could need for a wonderful stay. Location is excellent. We were able to walk to everywhere we needed. Communication with Lynn was very good and she even let us check out later because no one was arriving the following day which was very helpful as we were meeting our family for brunch round the corner. We'd definitely recommend this flat."
