"It was difficult to find the first time. Probably more my GPS fault than anything. Once arrived, I had to walk around the area to find my lodgings. GPS said "you have arrived" well, that wasn't good enough. I walked around till I found it. I slept in the twin bunk room. The bottom bunk bed was very uncomfortable. Mom slept in the queen bed and said it was very comfortable. Bring your own toiletries as they are sparsly provided. The shower floor has no slippage protection. I did mention this to...

"This property did not disappoint. My daughter and I took our first adult holiday together and loved it. It was clean and comfortable, well equipped and tastefully decorated. Just close enough to everything and yet a quiet and secluded place to rest at the end of the day. Restaurants, coffee shops and groceries just a short walk away. We would definitely return."

"Great location on a quiet street right off the Royal Mile. Steps away from St Giles Cathedral and very close to Grassmarket. Easy walk to Waverley station. Would advise using a cab to the hotel if you have large bags as uphill walk can be tough. Much easier to go downhill. Rooms were great and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again."
