"It’s a nice hotel. The picture is misleading as you are staying at the hotel but all amenities like breakfast, gym, pool and restaurant are all at the main property, Santa Clara. This was fine as it is only 1 min away from Bovedas. I like both property , very friendly staff, good service. "

"I would recommend this hotel over and over again. It was my first time in Cartagena and at this hotel, we had an amazing stay. The location was unbelievable. We felt very safe at all time. The hotel itself was remarkable. I’ve traveled a lot in my time and I have to say this is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever been to.. it was exactly what I was looking for. The staff was amazing, very welcoming and professional. Our rooms were beautiful!! I love that you could be out in the city walking around and come back to your sanctuary of a stunning, relaxing hotel! The restaurants at the hotel were outstanding!!!!! "

"An unforgettable experience from start to finish! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. Héctor and Hania were incredibly kind and helpful—always attentive and making us feel right at home. I also had a massage with Sandra, and it was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had—so professional and relaxing! The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were spotless, and the overall cleanliness and kindness of the entire staff truly stood out. We 100% recommend this place and can’t wait to come back next year.
