"Absolutely charming little hotel in a perfect location inside the old walled city of Cartagena. Close to many great restaurants and some of the best shopping in the city yet very quiet. Walkable to most major attractions. The staff was awesome - so sweet and helpful and speak quite a bit of English which was helpful. Air conditioning worked great to keep our room cool and sleepable. "I was hesitant to book this hotel at 1st due to the mixed reviews but when I saw 1 jr suite was available I went for it & I am SO glad I did! Upon arrival we were greeted kindly by the front desk manager & staff. Martin helped us get settled in & gave us a tour of the room after we were greeted with delicious complimentary welcome drinks.
