The best costumer services! Security, welcome staff, reception people. En general all staff are so polite and ready to help you. The room was perfect, no balcony but excellent view troughs a window. Excellent breakfast. Unsafe pool with slippery tiles and crowded with lounge chairs that made walking around the pool dangerous for falls. There is a construction to next to the pool. Check in not ready at 3 pm. I got my room at 3:45 after lots of complaints

Property was great , room was very roomy. Two showers was a great benefit. Location was great and close to many dining options. Onsite restaurant was very tasty and had lots of options.
