"This Hotel was 5 stars all the way ! Once,you walk thru the doors.You were politely greeted by Everyone. The front desk,the bell hop(Manuel),& security. It felt like you were staying with distant family from another country. Taxis were always available right outside the hotel.There was a 4 story mall right next door. A bank and ATM machines on the 1st floor.(with security standing by the ATM machines)And,a awesome food court on the 4th floor. Manuel,was a great help.He left a list on our desk. recommending restaurants.Places to visit. Areas to stay away from.Even housekeeping were so genuinely polite. My wife was speaking to her.and,she mentioned that she loves Mangoes.And,the very next day.there was a small basket filled with Mangoes ! I've stayed at numerous hotels(here and abroad).And, By far. The Hyatt Regency made my vacation feel like we were royality ! We will definitely be repeat customers ! "

It was quiet, convenient (for me, as someone who thought the walk to El Centro was the PERFECT exercise), clean, and even a bit like a resort in that I didn't have to leave the property each day if I didn't want to. The club on the 51st floor fun. I would totally go back. "
