Laundry room not available it’s very inconvenient when staying in a beach. Restaurant charges 25 dlls breakfast buffet and most trays are empty, you ask for the food and they never refill. Beach access closes very soon at 6 pm and pool, one at 6! And the other 8pm. Too early, ppl want to go relay in pool after a long day of activities out on the streets. Bar launge only has draft beer and two types of wine. No airport shuttle and Expedia charged me for transportation and when i arrived Expedia never answered me with the name of the company that was supposed to pick me up. Called the hotel and they said they were not responsible for me. Very disappointed

The hotel is beautiful right on the beach. The staff were wonderful. From the front desk to the bar, and restaurant they wait on you hand and feet. Needs more life music and entertainment for the adults

The stay was comfortable at the hotel however, the language barrier made it difficult to communicate. There were also instances where we were unable to exchange currency, and we left to our own logic regarding payment options. The fresh fruit was amazing at breakfast. However, they are not friendly for people who do not eat pork.They only afforded certain meals (grilled beef) on specific days with no consistency. There were periods (High volume check-out times ) where the water fountain in the bar area was unavailable for no apparent reason. I did however have amazing time at the bar with staff on the night shift. Overall, my stay was average with the exception of what I noted earlier. If those things can be rectified, then I know any stay would be amazing.
