"Staff was amazing. Rodolfo was super helpful and pleasant when checking in, Anderson was attentive when taking our belongings to the room and welcomed us every time we walked into the building. The rooftop pool is very very cramped. The location is honestly mid. It is in the middle of everything, which is nice, but if you’re not going straight to your car you’re bombarded by solicitors every few feet and they do know what no means and they do not listen. It is unfortunate because there are so many nice buildings and restaurants and places to go near by, but can’t get far without people bugging. The location is also a little far from the tourist attractions and airport. About 15-20minute uber drive to old town and the walled city."

"Amazing property, it’s well located when it comes to being across the beach and a mall right next door. If you are trying to get to the Historic Center which is where most activities happen you will have to Uber, the favorable thing is that Uber is extremely affordable. I also spent some days at Osh hotel in the Getsemaní area and I would prefer to stay in Hyatt because of the great facility and convenience. The only hiccup we had is that our room was not ready at the check in time @3pm, we waited until 4pm for it. Highly recommend."

"This is the place the price was cheap for its location you are literaly within walking distance from pretty much all the touristic areas like the clock tower the umbrella street 3 min from the getsemani streets pretty much all but most importantly all the popular clubs like taboo,singapur and rd are on the strip there is 24 hour security on site so me and my girls always felt safe and the workers are so helpful and nice the only thing is that if you rent in the second floor you dont have access to the pool but i was okay with that since me and the girls spend alot of time walking the streets and doing tours."
