I had to pay for pick up, then when trying to get shuttle to airport it was unavailable from 7:30am-1pm when I needed it. Walls are paper thin, I could hear every door open/close at 6:30/7am that would wake me up. Has a pool, arrive and the pool is under maintenance. Did not get that email till the morning of that it was closest "

"The location of his hotel is convenient, especially if you’re going to do a boat ride. It is near many clubs/bars/rooftops, so if you’re looking for something quiet this may not be the place for you. We got lucky with a lower level room facing the square, so the sound was not as intense for us. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast option is totally worth it, I liked the rotating local food options. Rooms are generally clean and housekeeping was great. There is wear and tear, mostly in the bathroom. The whole floor got soaked after every shower because the door had a gap under it and the water drained slowly. Noticed some mildew in the bathroom as well, but hard when you’re in such a humid place. AC in the room was great and provided a place to cool off and relax after walking around in the heat. Rooftop pool was awesome. Overall happy with our stay."
