"Great place to stay "

"I holidayed with a broken ankle. The horel was very accommodating to my needs. The staff were extremely helpful getting me up the few stairs to the pool bar. The hotel is pretty well suited with disabled access, except the pool bar (but staff helped me). They could improve by adding a ramp from the lower level of the pool to the pool bar/eating area. But overall, I am really impressed with the experience. "

"The hotel is just a short walk from Kuta Beach, staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. However, the amenities are quite dated, and unfortunately, the air-conditioning didn’t work properly on our last night, which made things a bit uncomfortable."
