"There was poor internet access and not able to watch any tv shows for almost a week!!! At outdoor kitchen were infested with lot of ants.And those dishes were not even cleaned and stored away. Bathroom dirty towels were even reused in bathroom cabinet without changing for fresh cleaned towels. Also at nights, there were loud noises including loud music and conversations right next to our cabin. Very distrurbing noises thru the nights..will never use this resort ever again.."

"Arrived and the pool was not functioning as a pool technician had just left. My kids were not happy they had to wait a day to swim and we paid a lot of money. I then asked for compensation to be told flat out no. On the last day I asked again and they gave us $30 bucks to put towards scooters but still not good enough. "

"Best stay we ever hade so far in all our travels. The Villa is insane and even better then in the pictures. Everything was very clean and pretty. The staff was fantastic, they were kind, efficient and the hoste was always there to help us with our questions. The emplacement was also perfect, next to the modt beautiful beaches in Bali and a perfect view from the roof top on the ocean and the sunset. Thank you so much, we will come back for sure next time we are in Bali."
